This is the second time in the last three years that the Village has earned this award, acknowledging that our community continued to be a leader in economic development and business support.

Elk Grove Village is among three communities nationwide to have earned accreditation for all its operational departments.
Additionally, Elk Grove Village has demonstrated its commitment to offering exceptional services to the Business Community through numerous recent accolades and accomplishments. Most recently, the Elk Grove Village Public Works Department earned full accreditation status from the American Public Works Association (APWA) in April. With this achievement, Elk Grove Village became the first community in Illinois and one of only three communities nationwide to earn full accreditation for its Public Works, Police, Fire, and Building Departments.
