Atlas SN Holding was founded in 2005 with the purchase of a single truck. Fueled by a desire to find better, more innovative ways to support the market, Atlas quickly outgrew their first facility in Elk Grove Village. They worked with Josh Grodzin, Director of Business Development and Marketing at EGV, to apply for a 6B property tax abatement to move their entire operation to a larger facility on Devon Avenue, where they currently operate.

In recent years, Atlas has identified ways to diversify their business offerings to provide in-demand, high-quality products and services in a highly competitive logistics market.

Putting their Inventory to Work

Atlas SN Holding's leasing division has an inventory of 1,100 dry van trailers in the U.S. alone.

“With our large inventory of trailers and our prime location in the busy O'Hare market, we saw a great opportunity in mobile billboard advertising," commented Mario Lekovic, Marketing Director with Atlas. By branding the trailers and vehicles in their fleet with customer advertisements, the team at Atlas is able to offer a high-visibility marketing service to top brands in the area.

In 2017, Atlas established an in-house advanced printing and design service, known as SN Printing, that provides large-format graphic printing, branding, and advertising. Ads are designed on-site by a team of award-winning graphic designers for installation on Atlas's inventory of trailers, work trucks, and other vehicles. "Branded trailers, or mobile billboard ads, provide greater reach at a lower cost than traditional static billboards," commented Mario.

Because Atlas manages its vehicle fleet through the Atlas SN Leasing division, they are able to provide mobile billboard customers with minute-to-minute location and impression tracking to maximize their advertising exposure.

A separate division, Atlas SN Logistics, also provides freight brokerage. "Our logistics division has a 99.3% on-time pickup and delivery record," says Mario, "and we continue to strive for efficiency."
